Lockdown Again! - Please Read 05/01/21

New lockdown restrictions came in last night, putting us back to the same position we were in March. What this means for Eastside Bikes is very little will change. We are still classed as essential retail and will remain open to keep your bikes in working order.

We will be maintaining our social distancing measures and offering masks to anyone who needs one. Please do wear a mask or face covering when in the shop. We will also be continuing with only having 1 customer in the shop at the time and our restrictions on browsing. We know this is not the most clement weather to be standing...

Christmas Opening Hours 19/11/20

Hi everyone. It's certainly been a crazy year for us at Eastside. With that in mind we are taking an extended break over the festive period. Our last day will be the 23rd of December when we will be closing at 5. We will not be open again until Monday the 4th of January.

Christmas Opening Hours

Normal up to the 22nd Decemeber

23rd December - 8am to 5pm

24th December to 3rd January - Closed

4th January - Open on normal hours.

We would like to thank all our customers for their support over the year and we look forward to keeping you on your bikes throughout 2021.

Please read this before contacting the shop

We remain open on our regular hours for enquiries, repairs, and sales.

Mon - Fri: 8am - 7pm

Sat: 10am - 5:30pm

Sun: Closed

We have a strict limit of 1 customer in at a time. Please queue patiently outside. Our busy times vary widely so we cannot tell you when would be best to visit to avoid queing. When you are in the shop please maintain social distancing from our staff. We would be grateful if you would wear a mask in line with current advice.

We can do punctures without an appointment but we may not be able to do them on the spot depending...

Coronavirus Update 05/05/20 05/05/20

Hello Everyone,

We hope you are all safe and well.

The shop remains open on our regular hours and the team are busy getting through repairs and building second hand bikes as fast as we can. We are still very busy and are currently booking in about 10 days ahead. We can do punctures on the spot but the majority of other repairs will need booked into our system. If you do get a booking, we might be able to get to the bike earlier if you bring it along to the shop before your booking date. We are happy to advise you on repairs needed if you just want to bring your bike along to the shop.

Coronavirus Update 21/04/20 21/04/20

Hello everyone,

We remain open on our regular hours.

We are extremely busy at the moment and are currently booking in 9 days ahead. We can do puncture repairs same day still, but most other repairs will need to go into our booking system. Do ring ahead if you have any questions. If you do book in and can leave the bike with us, we will endeavour to get to it earlier than the booking date.

Our secondhand bike stock remains low and as of this morning the website is not up to date, I'll hopefully get that sorted by the end of the day.
