Over the summer of 2008 Cycling Scotland asked you for your ideas on actions that would encourage people to cycle more often and what should be included in a Cycling Action Plan for Scotland (CAPS). The CAPS consultation document was published on the Scottish Government website on 28 May and the consultation period will run until 20 August 2009.
